General Information:

Arrival:

Our rooms and suites are available to occupy from 2.00 p.m. Please let us know if you are arriving after 8.00 p.m.

Departure:

Please vacate the rooms and suites by 10.30 a.m. on the day of departure.
If you are leaving later there is the option of storing your luggage at the hotel so you can still make the most of your last day on holiday. Late check out possible up to approx. 5.00 p.m. for an additional charge.

Hotel bill:

You can pay your hotel bill in cash or by EC card (with PIN code). We accept VISA and MASTERCARD.

Prices:

All our individual prices are per person and day at the Zugspitz Resort, package prices are per person. Prices do not include local tax and taxes. All previous price lists are replaced by this price list and are no longer valid. Subject to printing errors and mistakes despite careful checking. With the rooms and apartments the floor plans may vary but do not affect the price. We reserve the right to adjust prices in the event of major cost increases for energy and the cost of goods.

Reservation:

The reservation is only binding once written confirmation and your deposit has been received.
A deposit can also be paid using a credit card, by informing us of your credit card details.

Travel cancellation insurance:

Otherwise we will be happy to provide you with information on request!

Cancellation terms:

The cancellation conditions according to the GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE HOTEL INDUSTRY apply. You can find out more about this in our reservation correspondence.
