Four years full of magical moments and lasting memories
It's hard to believe how time flies! Exactly four years ago, on 7 December 2019, the Zugspitz Resort opened its doors to the world after extensive renovations. Since then, we have welcomed numerous guests who have come to us in search of relaxation and adventure. It fills us with joy to see how much you enjoy your stay with us! Seeing the shining eyes and happiness on their faces is the best reward for our passionate efforts to make the Zugspitz Resort an even more unique 4*S adventure and family resort. Skilled craftsmanship and modern design ideas have created something special, while at the same time preserving our roots, the tradition and cosiness of the Zugspitz Resort. The unmistakable ambience of our unique family resort lies in this successful blend.
Family magic through the ages
Since 2019, we have been continuously expanding the offer at the Zugspitz Resort to provide our guests with an appealing experience. Our cosy rooms and suites in alpine design promise comfort, while the hotel bar and inviting lounge areas invite you to relax. Our traditional parlour lends an authentic ambience, while the spacious sun terrace offers magnificent views. In addition to a modern fitness and yoga room, we also have our own shop for special souvenirs. Experience more than just an overnight stay with us - a carefully designed experience in the heart of the Alps.
Since July 2023, our resort has been delighting guests with a new highlight: a newly created pond in the 10,000 m² garden area. With a total swimming area of approx. 490 m² and a separate children's area, it offers ideal outdoor refreshment. But that's not all - further relaxation and activity options await you in the garden, including comfortable sun loungers, parasols and a heated outdoor pool with views of the majestic Zugspitze. For the youngest guests, there is an adventure playground with a climbing net, swings, slides, trampolines and a pedal kart track.
Experience individual camping luxury at our exclusive resort! Our pitches offer first-class comfort and all the amenities for active recreation on four wheels. Enjoy spacious pitches, a modern bathhouse, well-equipped kitchens and culinary highlights for unique experiences. Start your day with fresh bread rolls and coffee, choose from our wide range of groceries and discover the Zugspitz shop for all your camping needs. We look back on the construction of the new Zugspitz Resort with pride, but at the same time we are spurred on by the desire to refine what we already have and provide new impetus. Life is constantly changing - a fact that families know all too well! Just as children grow up, our resort is constantly evolving.
