Worry-free holidays – that doesn’t seem to be all that easy these days. In the Zugspitz Resort and the Tiroler Zugspitz Arena Region, we make every effort to guarantee you just that. A holiday full of well-being and unique experiences in the heart of the mountains, at the foot of Zugspitze. To allow this, we have carefully prepared the hygiene and safety concept “Zugspitz Hygiene PLUS”. And outside on the pistes, too, in the cable cars and lodges, everything is geared towards ensuring safe holidays, without spoiling that holiday feeling. We have summarised the most important facts for you.

Unusual – is probably the best way to describe the situation in which we currently find ourselves. A situation that requires careful acting, foresight and consideration. This is exactly what we are taking into account in the Zugspitz Resort with our hygiene concept “Zugspitz Hygiene PLUS”. In all areas of the resort, professional measures ensuring your holiday well-being. From the moment you arrive until you say goodbye, at reception, in the rooms, on the camping site, in childcare, in the restaurant and in the wellness zone.

For you and us
Our concept follows a clear guideline: Ensuring safety and allowing you to enjoy your holidays to the fullest! Everywhere in the resort, the following measures thus apply:
- Staff trained extensively in the latest measures
- Contactless disinfectant dispensers at every entrance and exit
- Regular ventilating of all areas – using our modern ventilation systems or by simply opening the windows.
- Observing the minimum distance – thanks to our spacious resort, this is not difficult both in- and outdoors.
- Daily health screening of all staff incl. temperature checks
- Biweekly testing of all staff
- Filtering facepiece for all staff
The measures are continuously adapted to the situation and official requirements in place!
Safe on the pistes
The Tiroler Zugspitz Arena Region, too, is already winter-fit. The businesses and cable cars have also refined their hygiene and safety measures.
